Test Principle:La exonucleasa T5 de Beyotime es una exonucleasa específica que degrada ADN bicatenario (ADNdc) y ADN monocatenario (ADNmc) en dirección 5' a 3'. Es capaz de iniciar la eliminación de nucleótidos en el extremo 5' o en huecos y muescas de ADNdc lineal o circular. Sin embargo, no degrada ADNdc superenrollado. La exonucleasa T5 también posee actividad endonucleasa de ADNmc, que puede inhibirse reduciendo la concentración de Mg₂₄ a menos de 1 mM en la mezcla de reacción. La exonucleasa T5 se utiliza ampliamente en el ensamblaje Gibson.
