Test Principle:El kit de despuntado rápido de Beyotime permite la conversión rápida de los salientes 5' y 3' de fragmentos de ADN en extremos romos. La conversión de ambos tipos de salientes se logra simultáneamente mediante las actividades de la ADN exonucleasa 3'→5' y la ADN polimerasa 5'→3' de la ADN polimerasa T4 (D7052), contenida en la mezcla enzimática de despuntado incluida en el kit. Esta mezcla también contiene la polinucleótido quinasa T4 (D7098), que puede fosforilar los extremos 5' y catalizar la conversión de 3'-fosfato a 3'-hidroxilo mediante su actividad 3'-desfosforilasa.
