Anticuerpo monoclonal fosfo-SMAD3 (Ser425), 20 μL
SMAD regulado por receptor (R-SMAD), transductor de señales intracelular y modulador transcripcional activado por TGF-beta (factor de crecimiento transformante) y las quinasas del receptor de activina tipo 1. Se une al elemento TRE en la región promotora de numerosos genes regulados por TGF-beta y, al formar el complejo SMAD3/SMAD4, activa la transcripción. También puede formar un complejo SMAD3/SMAD4/JUN/FOS en el sitio AP-1/SMAD para regular la transcripción mediada por TGF-beta. Tiene un efecto inhibidor sobre la cicatrización de heridas, probablemente modulando tanto el crecimiento como la migración de los queratinocitos primarios y alterando la quimiotaxis de los monocitos mediada por TGF. Este efecto sobre la cicatrización de heridas parece ser hormonosensible. Regula la condrogénesis y la osteogénesis e inhibe la cicatrización temprana de fracturas óseas. Regula positivamente la actividad de la quinasa PDPK1 estimulando su disociación de la proteína 14-3-3 YWHAQ que actúa como regulador negativo.
