Induce un potente efecto estimulador sobre las actividades de APEX2, la exonucleasa 3'-5' y la 3'-fosfodiesterasa, pero no sobre la endonucleasa apurínica-pirimidínica (AP). Debe cargarse en el ADN para poder estimular APEX2.
