Test Principle:La endonucleasa IV de Beyotime es una endonucleasa recombinante expresada y purificada a partir de E. coli. Esta enzima repara el daño oxidativo del ADN. Reconoce específicamente los sitios apurínicos/apirimidínicos (AP) en el ADN bicatenario (ADNbc) y escinde el enlace fosfodiéster en el extremo 5' del sitio AP, generando un grupo hidroxilo 3' y un extremo terminal 5'-desoxirribosa fosfato (dRP). La endonucleasa IV posee actividad 3'-diesterasa, capaz de eliminar 3'-fosfoglicolato, aldehído 3'-α,β-insaturado, fosfoglicoaldehído u otros grupos bloqueantes 3'. También posee actividad exonucleasa 3'-5', con preferencia por el ADNbc con un extremo 3' retraído.
