Anticuerpo monoclonal DOG1, 3 ml
DOG1 es un canal de cloruro dependiente de calcio, codificado por el gen TMEM16A, y se localiza en el cromosoma 11q13. DOG1 se expresa en células de Cajal del tracto gastrointestinal, en células acinares de la glándula salival (con tinción de la membrana apical, especialmente en células serosas), en células acinares centrales del páncreas, en hepatocitos y en células epiteliales del tracto biliar, mama, estómago y próstata. DOG1 se expresa selectivamente en tumores del estroma gastrointestinal. Aproximadamente el 87 % de los tumores del estroma gastrointestinal expresan DOG1. Ocasionalmente se expresa en sarcoma sinovial, leiomiosarcoma, etc.
